Mums & Bubs

First 6 week course starts 9th October

This specialised mums and bubs program is designed to help new mums regain and improve overall body strength. Each week our focus will be on different parts of the body, from building pelvic floor strength, to back and band work, to bubs at the Barre. All of this done whilst bonding with your baby!

This is a relaxed, supportive environment where mums can tend to their babies throughout class.

Our first 6 week course begins Wednesday 9th October at 10 am and bookings are now open!




Clearance from your doctor or specialist is required prior to attending this course. 


Class has a maximum of 8 to ensure all individual needs are met.  Booking is essential.  Contact us to arrange your spot today.  We will set up your account and bookings automatically for the 6 week period.

Not able to make a session? Or you miss a session?  We totally understand! Your missed class can be used in any of our other Mat or Stretch classes. However, we recommend checking with your instructor prior to booking.  


Babies are more than welcome and can be in a sling, placed on mats on the floor (provided), or in prams.  This course is also suitable for mums with babies who are not yet walking.


$120 x 6 classes

(casual available $25 however we do encourage attending the full 6 weeks)
