Brand new to Pilates? We've got you covered! This introduction to Pilates is a run down on Pilates fundamentals, the equipment you will be using and what to expect in class. It will cover all you need to know before you head into a beginner class with an opportunity to ask your instructor any questions. If you are new to Pilates or to our studio you must complete an introduction class before attending a beginner class.

If you're just starting out with Pilates (or maybe coming back) - this one’s for you. Beginner classes are designed to get you comfortable with the reformer, key principles, body awareness and alignment regardless of your fitness level or age. We recommend you complete 5-6 beginner classes before moving on to intermediate.

Intermediate classes are designed to challenge your body and continue to build on on the basics learnt in beginner. During these classes you will experience a whole body work out. It will strengthen, lengthen and tone progressing on the foundations you have learnt. These classes are not suitable for beginners.

Power Pilates offers a challenging advanced workout with a fusion of Pilates and Fitness training. This class uses dynamic pace and extra equipment including balls and hand weights. Power Pilates is not suitable for beginners.

Pilates performed on the floor on mats. This is a great way to build up your confidence and  knowledge. It is an open level class and available to all fitness levels. This class puts emphasis on alignment, breathing and developing a strong powerhouse. If you are new to Pilates, this is a great way to build your base of knowledge.

Private classes are designed for those who want a personalised Pilates experience. We work with you to achieve your specific goals with exercises that are suited to your ability. We offer 1:1, 2:1 and private corporate group classes where you will become familiar with the reformer machines and foundational Pilates movements.

Circuit style class where you get the best of everything -  reformer, barre, weights and body weight exercises, with a little boxing.  Be ready to feel the burn!

Barre is an energising workout combining Pilates, Ballet and Fitness. These classes are designed to give you a total body workout based at a ballet barre. Barre incorporates the use of various equipment including light weights and therobands. We target all muscle groups and aim to sculpt, lengthen and tone your body all whilst having fun!

Looking to move pain free?  This class aims to release and unwind the mind and body by focusing on relieving tension and tightness through muscle and fascia. Fascia is a web of networks that connect and support the body. Stretch and Release allows release of excess fascia build up, working to a freer moving body with enhanced posture and flexibility.

We also run Perth's only Men's exclusive stretch classes and programs specifically designed to maximise performance and minimise injury. Inspired by sport specific movements this program is designed to improve flexibility, range of movement and recovery.

If you have a bolster, please bring it with you to class. There are limited bolsters in the studio.

Mums & Bubs

This specialised mums and bubs program is designed to help new mums regain and improve overall body strength. Each week our focus will be on different parts of the body, from building pelvic floor strength, to back and band work, to bubs at the Barre. All of this done whilst bonding with your baby!

Our first 6 week course begins Wednesday 9th October at 10 am and bookings are now open.
