Our vision is to help our community move well for life by building a strong a base foundation set on Pilates principles.  We believe that in order to do this we need to practice the balance between strength and stretch.  


By practicing Pilates on a regular basis can assist in developing a strong core or “power house”, which in turn leads to back support and good posture.  Pilates compliments and enhances all training styles, building a strong base to assist in injury prevention.

Long sustained stretches aims to release of build up of tension and tightness within the fascial lines, working to a freer moving body with enhanced posture and flexibility.

By joining our community you will be empowered to grow, receive endless guidance, support, motivation and encouragement to reach YOUR goals, not only from our passionate instructors but fellow members.

Our studio

We are a boutique studio located inside the East Fremantle Football Oval in the heart of East Fremantle.


Our class sizes are small with a maximum of six reformer beds so you are guaranteed a personalised workout every time.
